Unaffiliated Show jumping

Sashes to winners of all classes April 4th show.  

 Classes 1, 2, Low key and encouraging, fillers will be at the side of the fences. These classes are mainly for children but adults can also compete in these.

Classes 3-9  will start to have fillers & oxers

On line Entries close the Thursday  before at 10pm
All classes will be drawn order.

Start time will depend on entries and weather conditions.

Riders that are competing at 60cm & higher, are not eligible to compete in class 1a ,b

Class 1a – X poles, Lead rein

Class 1b – X poles, assisted.

Class 2 – 40/45cm, Lead rein or assisted – All uprights

Class 3 – 50/55cm, Assisted – Will include a couple of oxers in the jump off phase

Assisted is in the ring but does not move with horse or pony or have any contact to horse or rider during the round.

Pre Entry Fee £12.50 (on the day late fee entry £14.00)

Prizes classes 1-3 1st place winners sash, 2 & 3rd medals Rosettes 1st-6th place.

First Aid Charge is included with in entry fee.

Course change fillers and oxers to be added.

Class 4 – 60/65cm

Class 5 – 70/75cm

Possible course change

Class 6 – 80/85cm

Class 7 – 90/95cmcm

Class 8 1m/1m05 (If less than 4 entries this will be run as schooling rounds)

Pre entry fee £14.50 (on the day late entry fee £16.00)  First Aid charge is included with in entry fee.

Sash to 1st place & Rosette’s 1st-6th

Prize money ratio classes 4 – 8 only  over 6 starters 1st £13.00, over 12 starters 2nd £9.00, over 18 starters 3rd  £5.00.

Prizes can be collected from the collecting ring hut after the class has finished, please allow 5mins for the results to reach the hut.

📍Drawn orders with class start times will be on the website (Here on this page)  the day before after 11am

📍All classes are run single phase & run under British show jumping & or BS club rules.

📍Once entries have closed, we will not be able to refund & we will only transfer entries if we/you can find someone else to take your entries. Entries before the closing date will be transferred to another Unaffiliated show jumping event or refunded minus bank charges & £2.00 admin fee per class.

⚠️ Late Entries on the day –  We will leave a little extra time in all classes for on the day entries. These  MUST BE paid in cash and with the correct amount. Please bring with you a written entry with class number, rider  & horses name. Please be aware that you will fill in the spaces left in the drawn order (orders & class start times will be on the web site the day before) so please make sure that you are ready to compete.

📍Show dress code correct smart competition wear (show jackets etc) to be worn.

📍Correct footwear & riding hats must be worn whilst mounted.

📍No outside assistance will be tolerated & may incur elimination of the rider.

📍Please respect other competitors & centre staff.

📍No schooling whips to be used in the ring.

📍Spurs must be worn in the downward position

📍Practice fences to be jumped with the red wing on the right.

📍Please do not leave your horse tied up to the side of your horse boxes & please do not allow them to dig up the car park.

📍All horse must have up to date annual vaccinations. Spot checks may be in operation so don’t forget your passport!

📍All horses must be aged 4yrs & over to compete

📍Stallions MUST wear stallion disks & stallion ribbons & must be on a lead rope with a bridle when not mounted.

📍Only those that are entered & competing can use the facilities on a show day.

📍We have a NO dog policy here at the centre, but if you have no other alternative than to bring them they MUST stay secured with in your vehicle .
