We will be hosting South West Hartpury Qualifiers again for the championships in 2026 classes 2-6

Start time between between 9:00/10:00am dependant on numbers

Class 1 50/55cm

Class 2 60/65cm

Class 3 70/75cm

Class 4 80/85cm

Class 5 90/95cm

Class 6 1m/1.05m

Class 7 1.05/1.10m

If time allows we will do a clear round at 1.10m payable cash at the ringside £12.00 per round.

Pre Entry fee all classes £14.00 all classes are run single phase.

Prizes can be collected from the collecting ring hut after the class has finished, please allow 5mins for the results to reach the hut.

📍Drawn orders with class start times will be on the website (Here on this page)  the day before after 11am

📍All classes are run single phase & run under British showjumping & or BS club rules.

📍Once entries have closed, we will not be able to refund & we will only transfer entries if we/you can find someone else to take your entries. Entries before the closing date will be transferred to another Unaffiliated show jumping event or refunded minus bank charges & £2.00 admin fee.

⚠️ Late Entries on the day – £15.00 all classes. We will leave a little extra time in all classes for on the day entries. These  MUST BE paid in cash and with the correct amount. Please bring with you a written entry with class number, rider  & horses name if not already entered. Please be aware that you will fill in the spaces left in the drawn order (orders & class start times will be on the web site the day before) so please make sure that you are ready to compete.

📍Show dress code correct smart competition wear (show jackets etc) to be worn.

📍Correct footwear & riding hats must be worn whilst mounted.

📍No outside assistance will be tolerated & may incur elimination of the rider.

📍Please respect other competitors & centre staff.

📍No schooling whips to be used in the ring.

📍Spurs must be worn in the downward position

📍Practice fences to be jumped with the red wing on the right.

📍Please do not leave your horse tied up to the side of your horse boxes & please do not allow them to dig up the car park.

📍All horse must have up to date annual vaccinations. Spot checks may be in operation so don’t forget your passport!

📍All horses must be aged 4yrs & over to compete

📍Stallions MUST wear stallion disks & stallion ribbons & must be on a lead rope with a bridle when not mounted.

📍Only those that are entered & competing can use the facilities on a show day.
